Ingredients
  • 2 oz Abstinence Cape Floral
  • 1 oz Abstinence Lemon Aperitif
  • 1 oz raspberry cordial
  • ½ lemon juice
  • ¼ aqua faba
  • resh raspberries for garnish

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker or jar with ice and shake hard for 15 seconds.
  2. Strain off the ice, remove the ice from the shaker, and pour the mixture back into the shaker.
  3. Shake again without ice (dry shake) to achieve a creamy, frothy texture.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a fresh raspberry and enjoy.
