Cape Citrus Sour

Ingredients
  • 2 oz Abstinence Cape Citrus
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • ¼ oz aqua fabs, egg white, cellulose (optional)
  • Three dashes of non-alcoholic bitters (optional)
  • Dehydrated lemon for garnish

Glass: Tumbler/Rocks

  • 2 oz Abstinence Cape Citrus
  • 1 oz lemon juice

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker or jar filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 15 seconds, then strain to remove ice.
  3. Discard the ice, pour the liquid back into the shaker, and shake again without ice (reverse dry shake).
  4. Fine strain into a tumbler or rocks glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice, and enjoy!
