Ingredients
  • 2 oz Abstinence Cape Spice
  • 3 lime wedges (muddled)
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 3 oz soda water
  • Fresh mint sprig for garnish

Directions
  1. Add lime wedges and sugar syrup to a highball glass and muddle to release the juice and oils.
  2. Top with crushed ice, then add the mint leaves and pour in the Abstinence Cape Spice.
  3. Churn the mixture using a bar spoon, pulling the limes up and pressing the mint down to infuse the flavors.
  4. Top off with more crushed ice, then add soda water.
  5. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and enjoy.
